We know that time is of the essence when placing a belt order for an upcoming testing. That’s why we aim to be quick and accurate in fulfilling and shipping your order.
All of our orders are fulfilled within 2 business days, although most are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours (unless you’ve ordered on a Friday afternoon, in which case, your order will most likely ship out on Monday).
We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping companies but are happy to try to work with you to solve any issues caused by them.
Returns
To keep our costs of operations low, we do not accept returns unless we have sent you an incorrect or damaged product by mistake. If you find yourself having accidentally ordered the wrong quantity, size or color of belts, we encourage you to reach out to your fellow martial artists and connect! Let’s make use of this wonderful community of martial artists.
To request a return for an incorrect or damaged order, please reach out to us via our contact page with your order number, details about what was wrong with your order and pictures of the damage if possible.
